We have potatoes! A week ago, I finally saw one little green sprig coming up. I wasn't sure if it was a weed or a potato. Now we have a few more popping up in rows, so I think they are potatoes. I've never grown them before, so this is a new experience for me.
I do not have a green thumb. I kill every houseplant that I've ever tried to have. As of today, we have a dozen green things (hopefully potatoes) out of all those we planted. I'm convinced the ones Behm planted are the only ones coming up! Maybe I should have dug the holes and let him do the planting.
