That Rolling Stones song kept running through my mind while I was painting these trays. They were printers trays that were partially green. A little black paint and turned the opposite way made one a frame for vintage (50's) children's book covers,
and the other is still being used to hold the wooden printers blocks. Not enough letters to make words, so just lined them up numerically & of course alphabetically. I always have to alphabetize things and I think that's why I have a hard time organizing all my
junk treasures!

window shopping downtown today in one of my fave stores today and they had something that looked exactly like this with all the letters in them....totally thought of you. you just need more letters so you can spell things out as they did. love you! miss you!
